Lotte City Hotel Mapo was exactly what I was looking for! The location is unbeatable, right above Gongdeok subway station, making exploring the city so easy. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the city which added to the trip’s experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with tips and recommendations. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a fantastic mix of Asian and Western dishes that kept every morning fresh and exciting.

The air conditioning wasn’t as cool as I’d hoped.

Fantastic stay with easy subway access!

The location was perfect for my trip since it was close to the metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the great indoor pool after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast had a nice variety and was of good quality, which set me up for the day nicely. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for a solo traveler!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with where to exchange money during my first stay, making it special. I'll be back for a weekend!

Convenient Location with Friendly Staff

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The location right above a supermarket and numerous cafes made it easy to grab snacks. Staff members were exceptionally helpful, especially when we needed assistance with transportation. The indoor pool was a relaxing bonus after exploring the city!

we had a wonderful stay at lotte city! the location is perfect, just steps from the subway and airport express. the arcade downstairs has a great variety of restaurants and a supermarket, making it super convenient. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, always keeping our standard double room tidy. the indoor pool was a lovely bonus with lots of natural sunlight!

The location is superb with easy access to the airport train line, making travel a breeze. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the shower offers great water pressure. Staff promptly addressed all requests, enhancing the whole experience. However, the noise level from surrounding areas was a minor distraction, and the bathroom could use more amenities. Breakfast had a good variety, but the seating was sometimes limited during peak hours.

We loved how spacious the deluxe family room was for our big crew. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids! Conveniently located with the train station and grocery store right below made everything easy during our stay.
